As a tourist visiting for the first time, I wasn’t sure what to expect from Pub Polski—but thanks to Mariusz, it turned out to be one of the absolute highlights of my trip.
From the moment I walked in, Mariusz made me feel completely at home. His warm welcome, genuine hospitality, and effortless professionalism set the tone for an unforgettable evening. You can tell he truly cares about every guest’s experience, and he goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect.
Even as a first-timer, I felt like I belonged—something that doesn’t happen often when you’re new in town. Mariusz took the time to chat, gave amazing recommendations, and made sure I got a real taste of Polish culture. The atmosphere, the service, the entire vibe of the place—everything was on point, and his leadership is clearly what makes it all run so smoothly.
If you’re visiting the area, do not miss Pub Polski—and if Mariusz is working, you’re in the best hands. It was a five-star experience from start to finish, and I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town....
Read moreOur experience at Pub Polski was OK!!! After reading good reviews and option to order chicken kabobs, we decided to have our dinner at Pub Polski. They were likely also attached to the restaurant next door. The views were great!
When I noticed that other tables had peanuts on their tables, I went back to the reviews to find out that they provide snacks (peanuts or popcorn) if you order drinks! When I asked the waiter why wasn’t I served any snacks inspite of ordering a drink he then offered to bring some!! I did not appreciate this kind of selective treatment! The chicken kabobs turned out to be mediocre - did not feel cooked and there was no flavor either!
After we paid the bill, I decided to google translate it to find out they had added a “voluntary tip” and apparently could be taken off if we didn’t warrant it necessary! With so many tourists not able to read the language, why is this “voluntary tip” forcefully added? Especially in our case, I didn’t find the service being that...
Read moreThe rudest bar staff and people we have come across in all of Poland. Met my husband for a drink at this pub this evening, he had already ordered a beer and was sitting at the bar when I arrived. I arrived and was seated next to him and tried to flag for service - no luck. After 10 mins I got up to ask for the drinks menu. I was given a bunch of menus and a roll of the eyes and told to find a table - I already had a seat at the bar. After browsing the drinks menu, and trying to flag the bar staff, a lady behind the bar specified it was not possible for me to order with her, despite sitting at the bar. A waiter came up to ask if I was ordering drinks or food. I politely specified drinks only. After informing the bar staff, the man with the glasses behind the bar rolled his eyes and along with the two other women behind the bar continued to ignore me. We decided to leave without ordering. Go elsewhere if you’d like to...
