Projekt Nano — Restaurant in Toruń

I visited Projekt Nano may 26th to get a cup of afternoon coffee and I found it to be a distinct experience. I got the seasonal special, espresso with fresh pressed orange juice, which was an excellent combination of sour, sweet, and bitter flavors along with skillful presentation . I also had the cheesecake which was light, not cloying as some cheesecakes can be, with a perfect balance of savory and sweet well-accented by the chocolate and fruit compote atop it. The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was welcoming, yet upscale. The staff was extremely knowledgeable about the preparation of coffee from the beans to the served product and made informed recommendations. This was the best coffee shop I have been to in Poland and indeed in my entire 2 week trip...

I would give more starts if I could! This place is fantastic. Incredible coffees, delicious pastries and wonderful people. We trusted the recommendation of one of the staff and went for the Carrot spice drink, which was incredibly tasty!! Five stars all over. Been to speciality coffee shops all over Poland and across the world and this one definitely deserves a mention. Ran out of love for the bean and it’s really obvious that the owners want to share their passion and make your coffee experience top notch.
