Review of the bar at the European Hotel

Unfortunately, I am deeply disappointed with my experience at the hotel’s bar. I waited 36 minutes for my order, which is absolutely unacceptable for a five-star establishment. When my order finally arrived, the waiter didn’t return to our table, even though two new guests sat down at the nearest one. The service was clearly overwhelmed, and instead of enjoying our visit, we felt completely ignored.

Another disappointment was the staffing level: only two staff members were serving a fully packed bar with additional tables outside. Such a lack of organization is unacceptable in a hotel of this class. The atmosphere was practically nonexistent – there was no music, just absolute silence, which made it feel more like a waiting room than an elegant bar in a luxury hotel.

Towards the end, even though only two or three tables were still occupied, we were still waiting for our order. This situation shows that the staff struggles even when the workload decreases.

I expected a hotel of this caliber to provide unforgettable experiences and excellent service. Unfortunately, my expectations were completely unmet. This experience shows that the management here needs urgent improvement because, in its current state, this bar does not deserve to be part of a...

I came here with my partner and a friend for a drink. We all had spent time in Singapore so wanted to see the Raffles Hotel in Europe. The decor is quite nice, crowd a bit flashy but not too off-putting, tables and seats comfortable. We ordered classic cocktails (a Manhattan, a vodka martini, and an old fashioned) and some food. One of the dishes had a hair in it so we told the staff, and they apologized and offered another dish or drink---we took another old fashioned. The kitchen then sent out a dessert (amazing though not on the menu so didn't know what it was) to apologize, but the wait staff forgot about the old fashioned.
