Nom Nom Viet Bistro — Restaurant in Warsaw

The experience with this restaurant is amazing, so far, and I will definitely recommend it to people who love asian food and want to taske something new, fresh and abundant. I've been there three times already (and more times I will go), and I loved all the food I tried. Nothing tastes oily, and the flavors are really nice. I can somehow feel like as if it was food made by a mother to her family (and could be the case, not sure who's in the kitchen but I have the feeling that this is the reason why it is so well balanced). I havent tried to speak in English with the waitress (as my companions were always ordering in Polish), but the menus are in English as well, so foreigners like me should not have many issues in choosing a dish. There are numerous normal and vegan options, and the food is served quite fast even during peak hours. The place is also quite cheap, especially considering the quantity of food served in every dish, and they have options for kids in case they are more picky about vegetables or such. Overall, a place I highly recommend and that I will visit more in the future....

I had the pleasure of dining at this fantastic bistro two days in a row with my friends, and every dish was an absolute delight. The Pho soup was exceptional—rich, aromatic, and dancing effortlessly on the taste buds. The Vietnamese coffee had a deep, nutty intensity, gently wrapping the senses in warmth. The Thai curry struck a perfect balance, with beef and tofu harmonizing beautifully and just the right level of spice. The udon was a masterpiece—bursting with flavors that could satisfy even the most discerning palates, reminiscent of those found in small, authentic Vietnamese grandmother-run restaurants.

The service was kind, unobtrusive, and efficient, with dishes arriving impressively fast. The atmosphere is warm and modern, without unnecessary extravagance—just a comfortable, inviting space that lets the food shine. i do not recommend this place. food was so so, not really authentic to me and service was super bad, pretty much the worse i have experienced in Poland. if you are looking for authentic and tasty Vietnamese (or south east asia food )as well as nice service, i would recommend Tran Tran, so much nicer and better) went there at 8pm n before i even sat down, the young female server told me straight away i need to order asap as they are closing in 1 hour. food was very blunt , no presentation which was ok, then one of her friend came in a gave me a side eyes and roll her eyes after looking at me, omg it was so bad! they even switch off the lights in the restaurant before 8:40 when there was still another table of customers there.
