Highly recommend this restaurant! My partner is obsessed and makes sure we eat here as many times as possible while we’re in Warsaw! We love the fact that the menu changes every few days so it feels like an authentic visit to eat whatever delicious Polish recipe babcia has cooked. Recommend checking out their Instagram to see the day’s menu. The service is great, the staff are attentive and friendly. The atmosphere is great: cosy and decorated like babcia’s dining room, although sometimes slightly cramped if you’re a tall human. The only minus is the line/waiting time can be quite long outside, but that in itself just proves how popular and highly rated this restaurant is - worth the wait!

Every time I passed OMA, there was always a long line. And now I know why! I visited on a Sunday afternoon by myself and waited about 40 minutes, but it was absolutely worth it. The interior is cozy and lovely, almost like a warm living room. There aren’t many seats or tables, so be prepared to wait. The staff was friendly, though a bit busy, and the menu is only in Polish, but Google Translate helps. I ordered the Ulubiona Kanapka Omy and a Kompot. The portion was huge and the sandwich tasted absolutely amazing. I’m still dreaming about it! The price was very reasonable for such delicious food of great quality and generous portions. Definitely worth the wait. OMA lives up to the hype!

The atmosphere, interior and decor are great. The place is intimate in a good way, very cozy. Especially in contrast to the noisy restaurants around. The food looked beautiful. I ordered the Oma sandwich, but it had raw onions in it. With a strong and sharp taste that interrupted the taste of the buns, schabowy and sauce. Maybe this is my subjective perception, but the taste of raw onions spoiled the taste of the whole dish, and it's a pity, because all the other ingredients were very tasty and high-quality. I forgot to clarify whether the onions should be raw according to the recipe or they just forgot to cook them, but I did not like it.

Horrible service, we called for a booking but they informed us to come here and wait so we came and were standing in a queue for 1h 48min and then they informed us that sorry we are booked. 0 respect for peoples time, these restaurants should learn that the time is valuable.

They have not planned and if they had a normal human understanding then they could learn management. We got there at 14:00, if you know that its booked then just politely ask to leave. Informing after 2h that there is no place, they have seen us many times and we asked them at the beginning and please do not lie that you did inform us.

Still more negative reviews will come from our side, so again do not write that you have informed us. We did call and you said that we are booked but please come stand here, 2 days ago we did but it doesnt matter since you could have informed us 10 20 mins after we got there and informed you not after 2 hours. Again please learn management before opening...

It is my very first few hours in Poland and I didn't know what to expect from traditional cousin. However when me and my great friend entered this restaurant I was lost in the restaurants beutifull atmosphere, thanks to the smaller sapce you feel so cozy and comfortably inside(Unfortunately some bigger people such as myslef might find a trouble getting to the smaller tables). The service was very nice and friendly and didn't fear to advise me what to eat asy first meal in Poland. They were imidietly determined to advise and help me to choose. The food itself didn't look different from food from my country at first, but the taste was from compleatly different world. For the price it tasted soich better them even more expensive meals in my country...

All in all, OMA is a great restaurant which I recommend to anyone who happens to...
