As a regular customer of El Gato, I am continually impressed by the exceptional experiences they provide. This specialty cafe has become my go-to spot for a truly remarkable coffee journey that never disappoints.

One of the standout features of El Gato is their commitment to roasting their own beans. Their mastery of alternative brewing methods, including Hemex, Aeropress, Drip, Siphon, and the ever-so-refreshing Cold Brew, ensures a diverse range of flavors to suit every preference.

Aside from their stellar coffee, El Gato offers a delectable selection of sweets and cakes. Cheesecakes are always very tasty.

The staff at El Gato are true professionals, and their expertise in coffee making is evident in every cup they serve. It's always a pleasure to interact with the friendly and knowledgeable baristas, who go above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. I must commend the skillful barista girl with blonde hair for consistently delivering exceptional coffee. Her passion for her craft shines through in every sip.

Couple of minor issues worth mentioning: the temperature inside can sometimes be a bit too warm during the summer, and the prices tend to be on the expensive side.

Anyway as someone who frequents various cafes in Wroclaw, I can confidently affirm that El Gato serves one of the best...

I went there in Wednesday for a coffee with my wife. It wasn't the first time we went there and we always had good experiences but never as good as the last time. The barista there, Piotr, was without doubt the best barista I have ever met. I have never seen anyone so passioned about coffee and service in my life and it's enough to check any of my other reviews to see how much I care about service when I go somewhere. He was extraordinary knowledgable and able to provide great explanations and tip. I had a great conversation with him about coffee and I noticed that he was impeccable with all the other guests who were there today. This young man is an amazing added value to a place who has most probably the best specialty coffee in Wrocław. I'm looking forward to come back for another delicious coffee...

As a self-proclaimed coffee snob, I always seek out the best coffee shops when I travel, and El Gato Specialty Coffee Roasters did not disappoint! The owners travel the world to source their specialty coffees, and it shows.

The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I had the pleasure of chatting with one of the baristas while enjoying a delicious pour-over from Rwanda—it was the perfect way to start my day.

The atmosphere is super charming, and the coffee is absolutely delicious. I highly recommend giving this place a try when you're in town! Oh, and if you get there at the right time, they pull out fresh warm croissants...
