My husband and I arrived in Wroclaw from the UK on 28/04/23 for a week it was for my birthday which was on Sunday 30/04/23 and a holiday for both of us. We had a lovely meal on 29/04/23, my husband had the lamb shank with a beer and I had moussaka which was outstanding. I was most impressed with my wine as I only like sweet wines and there wasn't any on the menu. I asked the young man do they do a sweet wine and he mentioned Mavrodapne which is what I buy in the UK and is my favourite so I was chuffed to bits when he brought me a glass of the wine. We we're so impressed with our meal and service we went back tonight 03/05/23 I had the grilled chicken and my husband had the moussaka with a beer and again I had my favourite wine. My husband said the moussaka was better than you get in Greece. We go home on Friday 05/05/23 and will recommend your restaurant to our family and friends. Next time we come back to Wroclaw we will definitely be back for another meal. Gary and...
Read moreI tried the place twice. My first experience was really good both with food and service. Ordered grilled halloumi and grilled octopus and both were delicious. Around a half a year later was hunting for the exact same gastronomy pleasure at the same place, but unfortunately only halloumi was same good (and the drinks). The octopus was so hard that I couldn’t cut it. The waiters were nice and they tried to fix the situation as much as possible. The only thing with the service I’d like the restaurant to take care of and to fix is that the waiters are not pushing the chairs the visitors are sitting on or even tables (what happened to me with the same waiter Sebastian). I was going to leave the tips, but the waiter refused because of the situation. Anyway, I thank those who were trying their best to fix it. Overall it would be great to keep the food quality high all the time (again, I know the specific of cooking the octopus, that’s why I expect the chef being...
Read more50/50 is how I'd rate this restaurant. The atmosphere is friendly, and the table turnaround is quick, we waited approximately 8-10 mins while seated before the waiter came to ask our order. He was professional, the food arrived and I was grateful that the waiter let me know their portions were huge (as they were). The Gyro was not what I would get served when I traveled to Athens, Cyprus, and even Santorini it had a ton of meat and potatoes in red sauce. I give it the benefit of the doubt that there are a variety of versions of Gyros. The other dish ordered appeared very rich, I was told it was good. It was flavorful and as mentioned the portion was huge. We also ordered a bottle of Polish wine which was crisp and not too sweet. Would I go back? Probably as the food...
