We almost didn't come because of the handful of bad reviews but we are very glad we did. Two things you should know: food is my art, and there are many types of food/art that should be appreciated and celebrated. This leads to the second thing which is if something isn't exactly what you expected, that doesn't mean it's bad Now then, the Eggs Benedict were unlike any I've ever had. Initially I was disappointed because there wasn't much sauce, but it turns out this is one of the nicest brunch plates I've ever had. There are layers of flavors and they balance beautifully. Secondly we had a brunch plate, I don't recall which, but it came with a very delicious croissant, gorgeous cheese, yogurt with fruit that really was enjoyable, and fluffy pancakes. The strawberry jam and bread reminded me of what my grandma used to...

Today was my second visit to this place (first one was in 2022), and it will definitely be my last. The establishment is poorly managed, with incredibly slow service – we had to wait over 40 minutes for a simple order, same as the last time. The food was barely passable, and the staff appeared disorganized and inadequately trained. Additionally, the space was filled with flies, raising serious concerns about its sanitary conditions. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I cannot recommend this...

Nem sei bem por onde começar. Se pelo tempo de espera que faz a loja do cidadão parecer o pit da F1 ou pelo rapaz do staff que faz lembrar o Joe Biden... antes de tomar a medicação.

Mas bem, começando pelo inicio: Chegámos e indicaram-nos uma mesa. Percebemos logo que havia ali alguma desorganização pelo tempo que demoraram. Depois nos sentarmos demoraram 10 minutos para limpar a mesa e darem a carta. Depois disto demoraram pelo menos mais uns 10 minutos para recolher o pedido, depois de algumas tentativas de contacto visual com o staff. Até aqui não estava a ser incrível mas nada chocante. Mal sabíamos nós que o pior ainda estava por vir.

40 minutos depois de recolherem o pedido ainda não tinhamos a comida ou sequer indicação de quando chegaria. Ao longo destes 40 minutos vimos várias pessoas que se sentaram depois de nós a receberem os seus pedidos, comerem e inclusive irem embora. Nem sequer as bebidas trouxeram atempadamente.

Resultado destes vencedores do globo de ouro de atendimento ao cliente: fartámo-nos e fomos embora. Depois de uma hora à espera ainda nem sequer tinham começado a cozinhar o nosso pedido. Vamos só não esquecer que o restaurante é exclusivamente de brunch, não há lagosta no menu. Uns ovos escalfados e umas panquecas não são propriamente pratos desafiantes para um cozinheiro.
