The food was decent, with vegan options and the waiter was lovely. I believe the food and drinks could be drastically improved. We ordered quesadillas which arrived as tacos with double shells. The vegan taco had a few cubes of firm tofu that had not been seasoned, marinated or cooked at all. This is really disappointing and what could have been a great dish lacked culinary knowledge around cooking with tofu. I suggest a barbecue or Cajun spice type marinade and for the cubes to be roasted or pan fried. The names of the dishes should also be renamed to tacos. The tacos were without sauce and very dry, I would recommend adding guacamole or refried beans on the side or in the taco. We sat down and waited and had to request to order drinks, two margaritas and two beers. Directly behind our table they seated two very drunk patrons who appeared to be known friends to the waiters and bartender. They did bring two delicious margaritas, but delivered our two beers to their friends, the drunk patrons. We asked them to please bring the two beers and noted that they actually delivered ours to their friend’s table. The waiter nodded in agreement, but proceeded to go to the friend’s table and converse and laugh. I recently had dinner at the taco place and I must say, it was a terrible experience. The music playing in the background was some kind of annoying dubstep that made it difficult to have a conversation.

The cocktails we ordered were very disappointing. They were weak and lacked flavor. The tacos were dry and lacked any real taste. They were far from being the delicious, savory meal I was hoping for.

On top of all this, the prices were outrageously high. I definitely felt like I was paying for the ambiance and location rather than the quality of the food and drinks.

Overall, I would not recommend the taco place to anyone. It was a huge letdown and a complete waste of money. Save yourself the trouble and find another...
