Hi there to all I would like to express my disappointment in the staff especially the grilled in the back of the kitchen We ordered 2 meals and a xl burger what a disappointment with the food My no 4 was OK but the burgers was absolutely trash as far as the meat or pattys was blood raw which I took back 1 of the burgers and showed them not even a apologie but a whole of excuses The plainly took the pattie and regrilled it which I told them that I wanted a new burger from the start due to the sauce on the patty been burn doesn't leave a good taste the grilled came and argued with me that the meat was OK and I was wasting meat to my knowledge the satisfaction is with the customer but after a argument infront of the public I was told he was calling his Manger and that never happened I was given a new burger but what a patty the size of a cup and cooked to a crisp After I order it medium cooked which I just took it and trashed it From my side you'll never see me again and I am going to spread the awful experience with the staff and the aftermath of the incident From me no 0...

What an amazing place! Hidden away from the main street this restaurant offers charm, class and some of the best food I have eaten in my visit to Faro. If you enjoy hamburgers then this is the place to visit.

The whole atmosphere is great. The design and layout is modern and contemporary with a good amount of lighting and easy access to seating. They really have utilised the best of the space. The customer service was amazing. Very attentive and able to speak in various languages while providing us with an english menu.

The food was delicious. I knew from the moment that the garlic bread was brought out, that this was a great place. The burgers were amazing and made to our orders. We were not waiting for a long time to eat either. In and out in just under an hour. That's great! While not being rushed by anyone. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of the food that was being served.

Found this place by chance as I was walking through the streets of Faro. Although it was really busy the waiting pays off because rhe food was absolutely delicious. I had the vegetarian burger that comes with homemade fries and a homemade sauce (i guess all burgers have fries included). Also my drink, a fresh lemon juice, was amazing. The only drawback of this place is probably the athmosphere and the furniture. The seats are rather uncomfortable and because it is very minimalistic and modern the place is very loud. Maybe some pillows, curtains or whatever would help diminuishing the noise. I would love to enjoy such a wonderful meal in a little bit more relaxed athmosphere.
