We had dinner at Ria Formosa yesterday and we couldn't be anymore happier. Staff were very friendly and attentive from the beginning until the end. We didn't have entree only the couvert with bread, sticks and a trufa butter plus a patee ( can't remember the name but was amazing). I had the duck with risotto for the main and my wife had the vegetarian asparagus risotto. Both were delicious and the presentation was spot on. As we had our little baby boy and my wife is pregnant we didn't drink but their wine selection is good and the beer on tap is a must. We finished up our experience with the famous and delicious Dom Rodrigo. This dessert is famous in the Algarve and I reckon it was the best Dom Rodrigo I have ever tried in my life. PS You can park under the hotel. The elevator takes you to...

It makes sense a glass is relatively more expensive then a bottle, but charging 7 euros for not even a good filled glass of wine that comes from a bottle that is sold in the same restaurant for 15 euros feels like paying 20 euros for a glass of wine that comes from a 40 euro bottle. It's ridiculous!
Only the bottle prices of the wine are om the menu and the rose wine varied from 15-35 euros - but only 1 type is sold per glass. How much could a glass be, when the most expensive wine...
