Negatives always first!

As per other reviews this spot is WARM… like really warm. There are a few fans but not enough plugs to get them plugged in along with the lighting they have. In terms of the food it was nice but not very generous on some of the items despite the price. I will talk about the price being reasonable but would’ve expected more hollandaise sauce and more avocado / halloumi (one or the other would’ve been fine). They give you a bottle of tap water on the table (this is free) but unfortunately it was luke warm.

Positives We ordered the Avocado and Halloumi along with the Prosciutto Benedict. The avocado and Halloumi was tasty, but not a huge portion. Could’ve done with more avocado or had the Halloumi in strips rather than chunks.

The Prosciutto was delicious. I would personally suggest a change in the spinach to rocket to add a bit of a peppery hint to the dish. I would also be happier if there was more sauce on the waffles as once it was all gone (which there wasn’t much of it) it was a little bit dry. The waffles were super tasty and some people have mentioned them being dry but this wasn’t the case here.

I would return here for a quick bite to eat. We paid €20 for two dishes which was acceptable...

This is hands down and by far the best breakfast spot in Lagos. On our 10-days-trip (we planned to try a new breakfast spot every day) we ended up at Twin Fin 4 times in total. I don‘t know where to start: the vibe, the food quality, the presentation, the service, …

We absolutely loved everything about this place. The young women managed the service perfectly and made us feel more than welcome. We had nice conversations with them and since I arrived back home I miss this place for enjoying my breakfast.

I highly recommend this place. My personal go-to would be the Avocado/Salmon on Sourdough Bread (I do not remember the exact name) with a Mango Smoothie and an Espresso. Finish it off with THE BEST pistacchio cookie all around the world (atleast for myself so far). Maybe you eben remember me for giving a lot of credit for this cookie.

Keep up your good work, everyone in your team is doing an excellent...

The food was delicious. Ambience was lunchroomstyle with a surfy twist. The staff was very friendly but…. they should have a clear cut hierarchy. Wasn’t run by a team but individuals, they at some times worked against each other.

What eventually really was a letdown was the reason I came to this place with my family: to pay with bitcoin while away from home. When I asked to pay with sats the staff didnt even know this was something they proclaimed to accept.

One staffmember knew they had stickers on the doors and it should be an option.

Unforntunately she had no idea what bitcoin was let alone how to settle a bill in sats.

The owner was away and they said he was the only one who knows how to. Bummer I didn’t get to meet you owner.

Tip: orange pill your staff and make sure btc is accepted at all times. Sats need to circulate…😎.

Would visit again if our flow...

I'd wanted to check this place out for some time. I finally did and unfortunately didn't order any food, which is probably how to have a good experience here. Everyone seemed very happy with their food. I just ordered a coffee. It was a pretty average cappuccino, really low on foam but perfect size. Decent price. The space is nicely decorated with a clean, tropical style (reminiscent of cafes I've been to in Tulum, for example). Plenty of seating. However, it's hot. There is no air conditioning which is fine usually, but it was very stuffy as it seemed only one fan and almost every table was occupied. Staff was friendly, but service was a bit slow. Which is normal for Portugal, tbh, but usually the more tourist-oriented places are different. A pleasant café. Maybe I'll return in the off-season and have a better experience -- and order food!
