A little hard to find: when you’re at the street, look for the door with the “1” number at the top. Climb the stairs to the top till you see a white door to the left (usually closed). Go through the door and you’re here.
They have a set lunch menu with what seems to be 2 options for the main dish. Everything is in Portuguese but there’s usually a line and you just have to follow the person in front of you! It’s self-service and you get your tray, food etc and then pay at the cashier. I got the lunch set with soup and a small beer for €7.50, and it tasted great!

There is no sign/ board and the building looks residential hence it can be confusing. Please do persist - you are in the right place and it on the 5th floor.
