Ordered on 20th of december. it is 7th of January and i still have not recevied my order. Initially excuse was that they were in too much of a holiday mood to perfor delivery and cooking now in January I do not know. worst service (at least in Spain). If you want to go on monitored Cal. intake diet, food4fitness is not the right thing. Thank god i did not ordered entire week imediately and decided to try one day portion to check out the taste and quality.
UPDATE after reply: I placed order on 20th of December, there was no any notice of changed schedule and it ways saying if I place order on Friday before noon (or something like that) delivery will be next Tus (and I did so). which was supposed to be 23rd of Decvember, 1 day before holidays start in Spain as far I as I am aware. If you placed some other notice in any other platform than the official webpage its not customers' duty to follow a food delivery company on every Social media. Read more0 stars, I ordered a mango and chicken salad and there was no mango in the salad, but the company does not want to refund me for it. They said that sometimes their orders are missing ingredients or have the wrong amount and that it’s not their responsibility to correct it when this happens. Other reviews have also mentioned how portions are inconsistent and items sometimes lack ingredients. Disappointing false advertising.
I may be biased as an American, because in my experience, when a company sells you a faulty product, they take responsibility instead of making excuses.

However, over the last few weeks, the delivery has been significantly delayed. It used to arrive before 10 a.m., but now it's usually 1 p.m. This is rather inconvenient if people get hungry before then or need to grab their lunch earlier for some reason.
Also, although it's rare, some dishes are occasionally oversalted, such as the slow-cooked turkey or udon, which makes them difficult to eat.
