It is the last time when I ignore the low rate reviews. This "restaurant" is a mockery. The food is below average. The portions are so small that after 3 courses my 10 years old normal wheight son and I left hungry. I cannot imagine how can anyone bring you that portions without laughing. I ordered gaspachio. The portion was 100 ml tops, the taste okish, not special. The 2nd was vegetables with cheese: 2 slices of zucchini, 2 slices of eggplant and a small mozzarella (1 euro coin size). The 3rd: duck with apples: one quarter of a very small apple, 2 slices of potato and 50 grams aproximately of - I hope- duck. My son ate the 2nd and 3rd courses. We are at home now, waiting for our food to warm because we are hungry. The 4th course was scalop. I expected a slice of meat. It was something yellow on the bottom of a baby bowl, like the ones used in kindergardens for toddlers. I refused it. It was just beyond mockery. All courses came in a raw with big gaps between them. 2 adults cannot eat that and remain serious. I cannot imagine why they have such a high rate. It is the worst place ever, the portions are ridiculous, the food average, the prices insolent and the...

I stumbled across this restaurant nearby the VRBO I was staying at. I don't think I would've found it otherwise since it's tucked away in a more residential street. I'm so glad I tried it out because this has been my favorite dinner in Lisbon!

It is a tapas style restaurant. Our hostess was very helpful and suggested 3-4 plates for 2 people. My husband and I ordered the octopus, the pear and hazelnut sandwich, and the slow roasted pork with rice and beans which is only available on Wednesdays. GO ON A WEDNESDAY. Get the slow roasted pork! It was such a cozy dish. My 2nd favorite dish was the pear sandwich. The flavors and texture paired so perfectly with each other. The octopus was cooked well and had a nice crisp on the outside but compared to the other two dishes it wasn't too impressive. For desert we had the seasonal fruit and basil ice cream which was the perfect way to end the night. I want to go back already!

You can really tell they put a lot of thought into the menu and...

What a great place to dine! Didn’t have a reservation but the girl was nice enough to give me a table before another couple showed up (so had about an hour). At first I worried that an hour wouldn’t be enough (as service can be slow sometimes), well not to be worried! Service was superfast!! I ordered the octopus and the scallops and got a Vinho Verde with it on recommendation of the server. What a great wine!!! Octopus was really nice, although I expected a bit more of the portion. The scallops however, were truly AMAZING! Flavor was so good and almost licked the bowl haha! For dessert, I had the chocolate mousse, again on recommendation of the staff, what a great, great choice! It was mousse, but frozen so it was like a cake, with warm port on top of it. Must try! I’m definitely gonna try and go back once i’m in Lisbon again, and then maybe make a...

We happened to be staying nearby and saw this restaurant had good reviews so took a risk and showed up without a reservation. We were very lucky to get the last table and the staff were incredibly kind in accommodating three people at the last minute. Every dish was delicious, better than we anticipated, flavourful and inventive without being fussy. The staff were genuine and kind and willing to answer any questions we had. The pear sandwich was the best thing I’ve eaten in Lisbon and the bottle of green wine we shared was perfect. Wonderful way to finish a stay in this lovely city, definitely advise booking ahead of you can!
