Italian Burger House — Restaurant in Lisbon

Been treated very poorly by their staff when I clearly stated I wanted a Siena menú, she got confused and put me Amatricciana, which is very different in language so no room there for mistake. But when I gently when to ask, she rudely said the cheese was on bottom of the burguer, which she didnt realized then wasnt my order. Then when she ask me for the receipt saw the order was correct to the receipt and rudely sent me away negating with her head looking at me like I'm crazy for sharing a mistake they had.... Ive come here for years and i feel very disrespected, classic mall treatment no...

It’s part of the food court but one floor above the regular area, so difficult to find

Omg. So delicious! The price was incredible. An open faced burger done in ten different styles. Choice if two sides: FF, salad or jasmine rice and a drink and a coffee

Burger 4.5 stars meat might have some bread in it Ff 4 stars Salad 3 stars. Some leaves bit brown wilted dressing ok—though I had option of oil and vinegar

Good Value! Portions are big, quality is decent, and the meals are very affordable. I'm not sure what's Italian about this place but the food is good. I had the Santa burger and it was made to order. The quality of the ingredients are not the best but I would say better than fast food and for 9 Euros, there's nothing to complain about. The staff was friendly and incredibly welcoming. Would dine here again if I ever come to...
