Häagen-Dazs — Restaurant in Lisbon

I recently visited Haagen-dazs Vasco da gama and had an amazing experience! Not only is their ice cream absolutely delicious, but the service was exceptional. Mariana, who was working there, was incredibly friendly and helpful. I was having a hard time deciding what flavor to choose, but Mariana helped me pick the perfect one. She even let me try a bit of each ice cream, which was really generous of her. I ended up ordering a scoop of my new favorite flavor and it was absolutely delicious. The ice cream was so rich and creamy, and it tasted like it was made with the freshest ingredients. I couldn't get enough! The service and professionalism is just lame.

After waiting for 15 mins in a que of 2 persons I was not attended and I decided to leave.

The way of handling the queues even simple ones are awful.

I decided to not to purchase anything this time and not to return again instead of filling a form.

The girl who was attending there the 2nd of June 2019 when I left was looking at me like... oh so you were waiting..

Honestly never been to a Haagen-Dazs before so I can't compare it to others. What I do know is we ordered milkshakes that were literally just that. They tasted and had the consistency of milk with a little whipped cream. Is that how they should be made? I don't really know, but any other milkshake anywhere else actually has ice cream.
