I was passing by and decided to seat. Interesting decor outside, like an Italian trattoria, asked for a capprese and Pene Arrabiata. Good food the capprese salad was missing some basil, more I would expect, basil leafs, and I the penne were not so Arrábita they were missing spice, not super al dente as requested, not even al dente. The staff is professional however not interested in the customer. As commented below this restaurant has the potential, good and tasty food, staff must be trained and customer focused.

Going to keep this review simple as many have already written about it. The food was not like any other Italian restaurants I've ever been to . The taste is very distinctive and clear Fine place for Italian food. i wish there were more places like this around town. the service was sociable and attentive. it has a great feel to it. painfully loud (surprisingly) for being as packed as it was. We could actually still hear one another speak.

La Finestra keeps exceeding my expectations over and over again with lightning-fast service and mouthwatering thin, crispy pizzas. Each bite is a delightful explosion of flavor, making it a must-visit for any pizza enthusiast. With such efficient service and delicious offerings it’s always a pleasure to come back.

The food is kind of okay but not so good, the service however, is one of the worst I've seen recently. First the waiters literally took a total of about an hour or so, not exaggerating a single minute. Then, the waiters are quite distracted and speak a very rough Portuguese, with you needing to repeat things over and over again and them forgetting what you ordered. Took us about 3 attempts to either ask for the menu or even the bill, waiting of course another 30 minutes. Don't expect fast drinks or even a good dessert, waited 20 minutes for bland desserts that tasted like quickly defrosted cakes with an artificial flavor. Next, the price turned out to be way too expensive for what we were offered, we spent about 2 hours on a restaurent in which half of that time was wasted and a total bill of a hefty 85 Euros for 5 normal sized pizzas. Also, they give you the surprise of this being a smokers area restaurant apparently. People can smoke here freely which is quite inconvenient. Decoration wise its weird, mixing modern with old but whatever, everyone has their own taste so I can't really criticize that freely. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone, there are restaurants that are 10 times better, cheaper and even cleaner, after finding a nice pizza crust and leftovers laying on the floor from previous people. Lastly, about 2 tables near us could be heard complaining about the plethora of problems from...

Open until late but neither the food nor the service is something I would return for. We were sat outside in the dark, had to use our torch to read the menu. Halfway through the meal one of the waiters climbed on a chair to turn the light on above our table. Food was served without cutleries. Pizza funghi totally drenched in mushrooms with a paper thin base. Spaghetti bolognese looked and tasted like sauce out of a jar and served without parmesan. Should have gone down the road for a kebab instead the 75€ we spent here as a...

The decoration is a little chaotic, the table towels are the standard ones that are used in Italian restaurants (white with red stripes crossed) but it has about 8-12 different colors on the walls and they don't match so well.

About the food, we only ordered pizzas, they are very good, thin and crunchy. We ate the Modena (spicy salami) and four cheese. The Modena is very tasty and quite spicy but the four cheese one was not the best I have eaten.

It's not a cheap restaurant but overall you eat well for the...
