We stayed at this apartment from September 13th to the 16th 2019. When we booked this 3 bedroom 3 bathroom apartment, we saw beautiful pictues of a well decorated apartment which was perfect for our needs. Once we arrived at the hotel, Joana greeted us and let us leave our baggages in the hotel while the apartment was being "cleaned". We went out to explore lisbon and came back at the assigned check in time. Upon arrival, we noticed several things. None of the apartment looked anything like the pictures, the bathroom showers were absolutely FULL of mold and 2 of them were so bad, that we refused to shower in them. There was mold in about every single bathroom in the entire apartment. Some of the towels were stained, as well as the couch and chairs in the living room and dining room. I reached out to Joana via booking.com and raised my concerns. She responded about the property not entirely being the same as the pictures because there was different units. When I responded back about the poor sanitary conditions of the apartment, she never replied back. I wrote a follow up email twice during my stay, I also sent pictures and no response from the host.||Absolutely disgusted by the fact that they think it's okay to treat their guests this way. We spent over 700€ to stay here and the place is absolutely horrible. After several emails back and forth with Booking.com, they offered a pathetic credit of 25€, absolutely insulting. DO NOT BOOK THE BLISS. terrible customer service and worse experience in all of Portugal.||I will be sharing my review on every single platform in order to expose the truth about this apartment. Read moreThere are 4 apartments in the Bliss building, avenida Miguel Bombarda, one per floor.||We had stayed in the 3rd floor apartment for business in Jan/ February and had multiple issues ( like no heating throughout the stay) but the management had been kind and offered us a special offer to return for 3 months in the summer, promising ALL problems would be fixed.||What a nightmare- with the deposit paid we were now lodged on the 2nd floor, which i believe is the worst of all . ||What followed were cockroaches, a bed that should have been burned years ago, black mould ALL over the bathroom, filthy carpets, disgusting stains on the upholstery, a faulty dishwasher, a malfunctioning oven and totally inadequate cleaning.||Despite MULTIPLE complaints nobody did a thing to correct any problem ( except spay for the cockroaches)||Money back was not an option, nor apparently was fixing anything||When we asked for the complaints book ( legal in Portugal) none appeared. We left mid stay and believe this building should be shut down by authorities and the rental license revoked.||||BTW - the photos look amazing and the location is great..... ||||There are too many other great places in Lisbon to stay with very gracious hospitality - give...

Full of black mould||. Water infiltrations in the bathroom windows.||. Bad sewage smells in bathrooms and kitchen||. Dirty stains all over||. Faulty appliances in the kitchen.||. Terrible beds (cheap matresses, noisy, uncomfortable)||. Filthy carpets||. Cockroaches||We begged the owner for assistance, as we felt that these problems could have been solved should there have been some goodwill. We were kept in the hope that something would be done, but in the end all we got was empty promises from the reps and no action at all. ||Very sad product and an unacceptable situation since Portugal is aiming to attract so much tourism.
