location price (was cheaper than anything else in that area) As a pre-authorization hotel blocked my credit card with the amount for our stay TWICE (with no explanation whatsoever). When I contacted them by email I heard it was by mistake. OK, it happens. Nevertheless I haven't heard "sorry" even once (not by email, not when I was there and tried to unlock my card). Receptionist wanted me to pay for the stay at the desk - I told them to use the amount they blocked already (well, one of them) - they couldn't do it and forced me to pay "one more time" otherwise they won't give me the keys. So in the end I needed to secure the amount for stay times THREE (two blocks and the real payment). As a customer I need to secure the amount for stay in the hotel (ONCE, not THREE times). Liked · Friendly and welcoming staff - I`d say the hotel could have a good use of some extra staff as the crew seemed to be overwhelmed with the volume of work. It is nice to have a gym around, it is small but enough for a nice sesh. There is plenty of supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, shops, coffee shops in the surrounding and it is easy to reach out to the city center from the hotel. There is a parking available in the hotel, you will pay €15/day - if you have a big car or SUV, be ready to the adventure as it can be tricky to get in and out due to the narrow way.

Disliked · Breakfast was pretty basic and it did not seem very clean. There was a piece of paper in the fruits on the first day and the bread, cake and pastry were all stale, they appeared to be from the day before. Coffee from the machine was good but in general the breakfast does not worth it. The hotel was not well cleaned, especially the room toilet and the breakfast area. It was overpriced from...

I was really concerned when I saw the bad reviews. But the room is really nice, everything seems new and clean. (Yeah the Carpet is a little stained) but nothing else bad. The only thing missing in the room like a necessity is more or bigger bottles of shampoo and body wash, but you can ask for more and they have it available in the front desk. The pillows since I saw some comments about them: they have in the room two options. One was more firm and the other softer. And it was interesting to have an air conditioner unit inside of the room. That was nice like being at home. Now; let’s talk about the food!!! This was the scariest thing reviewed, but it was a great breakfast. Yeah it’s not a big room with millions of options but it a great breakfast with varied options. I did like the fresh fruit too and the best scrambled eggs I have ate since I got to Europe.
