Great modern, affordable burger place!

Got the Onion crispy burger which was really tasty but a little dry, could have used some extra sauce. The fries were good and Ketchup was free to get. Unfortunately the mayo wasn‘t included in the menu and you had to pay extra to get some. The place has an ordering machine so you can take your time and get a great overview of the menu. The pricetag of 9,80€ for the Burger Menu was definitely fair and absolutely worth it! Staff was also nice amd service was fast. Oh, and one more thing: I know it wasn‘t busy at all when I came in but it was like 30°C in there and I was sweating, maybe turn on the AC that‘s clearly there...

Experiência horrível, fizemos um pedido pela Uber Eats e após uma hora de espera chega o pedido todo errado, faltando um menu e com o refrigerante derramando, ao ligarmos para o restaurante para tentar resolver essa situação um tal de Rafael atendeu o telefone, com a maior falta de respeito, e tentou jogar a responsabilidade do erro para o estafeta dizendo que o estafeta estava com dois pedidos e o estafeta efetuou a entrega do pedido errado, porém ao verificarmos na embalagem constava o o nome da minha esposa, ou seja, o restaurante anotou o nome na embalagem errada. Esse mau-carácter do Rafael, rapaz sem educação nenhuma, nos informou que iria fazer outro pedido e que dentro de 30 minutos um estafeta efetuaria a entrega do lanche, porém se passou uma hora e nada do pedido chegar, voltamos a ligar para o restaurante e em conversa com esse tal Rafael ele nos disse, em um tom super arrogante, que havia chamado um uber de carro para proceder com a entrega, pois já não haviam motas disponíveis e que o motorista já estava na porta da minha casa, porém esse motorista nunca chegou na porta da minha casa, esse mau-cárter do Rafael nos fez esperar por mais uma hora por um lanche que nunca chegou, o problema maior é que minha esposa está gravida e não pode ficar tanto tempo sem comer, com isso tivemos que fazer um outro pedido em outro restaurante e minha esposa começou a passar mal por ficar tanto tempo sem comer, não recomendo esse estabelecimento e o atendimento do, provável gerente, esse vagabundo desse Rafael é o pior atendimento que eu ja recebi...
