Os Arcos de Campolide — Restaurant in Lisbon

During our great stay in Campolide, we walked past this restaurant regularly and, taken by the food fragrances coming out, decided to enjoy our last meal in Lisboa here. We prepared by looking at the menu online, then attempted to order in situ...a number of items were not available--we were made to feel lucky that the oysters were: they were very good. We ordered from the photos displayed in the menu and received food that in no way resembled them. Run away. There is no such thing as a Portuguese traditional shellfish restaurant, as announced, runned by chinese and asian that know nothing about the food they are announcing. Zero respect for customers. Expensive food which is almost dog food. Ordered Fried Shrimp which was so overcooked it became so small and so dry and Grilled cuttlefish that was served and presented with the cuttlebone. Asked for vegetables and only potatoes came. Surreal. Plus… young kid (looking like 12 year old) cleaning the tables and taking beers to customers. Drunk customers fighting because of a sports...

I came with me family for a late dinner and was so pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. Everyone working there was very nice, the service was very good. The food was also fantastic. We had grilled cuttlefish, shrimp, and pork with a house wine. Every dish was perfect and delicious. I really enjoyed eating here very much and so did my family.
