I don't often give five star reviews- but I also don't often eat sushi this good in a restaurant this stunning either.

The restaurant has an immaculate interior design that is cozy and very romantic, while heavily Japanese themed. The open kitchen allows you to watch the chefs as they prepare your dinner, with full transparency.

Food-wise, my girlfriend and I ate the 16 mixed sushi plate with 6 sashimi (~€20), which was comfortably enough to feed two, and I strongly recommend to sample an excellent selection of different sushis. I cannot emphasize enough how good the salmon sashimi is- it simply melted in my mouth.

The staff and service was amazing, our waiters were friendly and very attentive (and saved us fighting over ginger while cleansing our palates!).

All in all, 10/10, a must visit for any sushi...

I really loved the dinner experience: both the service and the food but I would like to leave a little criticism without lowering the rating, hoping it improves - the amount of fried rolls in the 30 piece mixed dish felt like cheating… it was not great and there were 6 pieces of it. Usually, I expect the fried roll as a part of a cheap rodízio place where they stuff you with fried rolls as a starter so that you don’t ask for more food, but in a restaurant like this I would rather expect a selection where you can appreciate the fresh fish flavor. Also, what’s the thing about the green beans? why is it in every second dish? just curious because I had never seen it used in sushi...

Every visit to this restaurant is a delightful surprise! Whether it’s sashimi or sushi, the ingredients are incredibly fresh, making each experience exciting. This time, I was especially happy to find tuna toro on the menu, which brings an even more authentic Japanese touch. They’ve also added more variety, including salmon donburi and udon. While the prices aren’t the cheapest, it’s hard to find sushi of this quality in Lisbon, making it well worth it for those who appreciate top-tier Japanese cuisine.

I've been living in Lisboa from Los Angeles California for 3 years, I have had some of the best Sushi in the world, and Oshiki by Solar 31 is by far the best Sushi in Europe, amazing service, fresh, clean incredible interior design, and a staff that is really knows how to present and prepare. Prices are really amazing for the quality of fresh Sashimi and Sushi, oh and rice! Spot on! Great job everyone at Oshiki, can't wait to come back 🍣🍣🍣🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
