Overall, a great experience with the food and the waiters. When we arrived, we were served with some crunchy and fluffy warm ciabatta roll, with some nice aged ham (pretty salty), along with some flavoured butter. I would like it’s average, but the bread is pretty nice. We’ve ordered a grilled sea bass, and the fish tasted juicy and fresh, it’s also not oily, but it tasted amazing. The most impressive is the grouper (highly recommend), it’s not oily at all (as I’m not soaked in oil like other restaurants), however, it’s got a strong fresh taste of the fish, and it’s juicy. The skin has loads of collagen despite being grilled, and the fish has a slight chewy texture to it, absolutely amazing. The side of broiled beans, which is soft and fresh, along with the broiled potato and carrots, which is not chalky and has a great original taste to it, the fish dishes here...
Read moreWe didn't find the food anything special. The 'caldo verde' and 'gambas' were tasteless, although the sardines were fresh (served on stale bread). The desserts were disappointing: the mixed berries tart was dry with not much flavour. We arrived early (19:30) and left almost 22:00! Plenty of restaurants around - we'll choose another...
Read moreLove eating here with a party of 7. Had the sea bass for one and it was outstanding. Everyone at the table had different meal options but each meal option was delicious. The steak for two was huge and tasty. They didn’t ask anyone how they wanted their meats cooked but it was perfect none the less. The star of the show at any restaurant in Lisbon is the sangria. I prefer the red with the cherry liquor but the green one is refreshing. I would recommend coming here any day of the...
