I recently had the pleasure of dining at a hidden gem of a restaurant in Lisbon during my 10-day trip exploring Portugal. Having tried a range of cuisines in six different cities, this delightful find near our hotel instantly shot to the top of my list.

Upon passing by, my curiosity got the best of me and I decided to give it a try. From the moment I walked in, I was met with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff were absolutely fantastic, going above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was unforgettable.

Now, let's talk about the food. Prepare to have your taste buds dancing with delight! The flavor combinations I experienced at this place were nothing short of extraordinary. Starting with the Wild Salmon Niguiri, moving on to the Bluefin Tuna Nigiri, and indulging in the Scallops Ceviche, I was amazed at the sheer culinary artistry on display. Even though I wasn't particularly hungry at first, these tantalizing starters compelled me to explore further.

For my main course, I opted for the entrecôte, accompanied by a portion of delectable mushrooms and a delightful soft shell crab taco. The entrecôte was cooked to perfection and the flavors were simply divine. Unfortunately, I sadly couldn't find any room in my stomach for dessert, but I departed the restaurant immensely satisfied with my orders.

I simply cannot praise the drink selection enough. The smoky drink I had was perfectly balanced and added a unique twist to my meal. And how could I forget the wonderful vinho verde, which perfectly complemented the flavors of the dishes.

To sum it up, this Lisbon restaurant exceeded all my expectations. From the exquisite food to the exceptional staff, everything was simply outstanding. If you find yourself in Lisbon during your travels, do yourself a favor and make a stop at this charming establishment. You won't be...

I been there with my friends we were 3 people and we order 3 tasting menu experience. Unfortunately we didn't get same portion of food each and we spent 215 euro and still hungry.

How was the experience? We had trouble on few dishes becouse they weren't design for 3 people, we get a wagyu meat with 8 piece (we were 3), we get 2 plate of fish hard to split, we get a single gelato ball ( imagine divided by 3😅). Also we had very poor wine option.

I mean for the price we paid we expected much more, but what we got was an experience for 2 more than 3 people.

Anyway we complain with the waiter first and he agreed with us and told us to speak to the responsable, so then we went upstairs and the head waiter explain us that they are going by weight but that the gelato ball was their mistake and offer us another ball to take away ( i mean 🤣, no thanks). Then apparently the business owner come to speak to us and said that everything is on weight and if we were 2 people we would get a smaller gelato ball (ahahah).

So 3 different version from the same staff, funny isn't?

Also the female waiter was very rude, not suitable for a waiter job (expecially if you want to open an expensive restaurant)!!

I gave 2 star only becouse the food was good overall ( nothing incredible but good).

I hope they rivisit the experience menu for single person and hire more skilled waiter.

For now avoid this place, in future maybe things will change or this place is going to shut...

I have been to this restaurant twice, once with a big group for corporate event and once on a date with my husband.

Both times I was absolutely blown away by the amazing food and service.

For the large group, I was advised to select a tasting menu for ease of group operations, I noted down multiple dietary needs, celiac (gluten), nut allergy, shellfish allergy, Lactose intolerance, vegetarian.

At the beginning of the night the waiter checked in with me and we mapped out who had which dietary need and the execution was flawless. The adapted meals for dietary needs were not at all “compromises” but full flavoured delicious dishes.

I went back to this week with just my husband. On the reservation form I wrote that I could not eat gluten, without even asking, upon arrival our waiter brought me a list of dishes without gluten. This truly meant so much to me as I hate being a burden with celiac, it’s a very awkward disease to have and not always taken seriously.

We decided to again go for the tasting menu and everything was adapted to be gluten free for me and the regular menu for my husband. So much care is taken in general there but especially with a dietary requirement.

The staff at the restaurant are absolutely wonderful, nothing seems like too much effort or a problem. You are very well taken care of at every moment.

I could not recommend this place enough.

Oh and let me not forget, the food is mindblowingly delicious! Kudos to the...

Wow. This was my best meal in Portugal. And this is after the ultimate foodie trip hitting up multiple Michelin star and rated locations. Don’t miss Salta on your next trip to Lisbon, or if you’re a local, get a seat at the bar regularly. Start with a cocktail - we had the penicillin and the mezcal sour. Balanced and delicious. Just like the cocktails, every bite of our food involved layers of flavors. Starting with the nigiri - we had the tuna and wild salmon belly. Perfectly torched salmon. The tuna had the best balance on the crispy rice. Yum. Next we had the scallop ceviche - so tender, the umami flavors were maravilhosa. Next was the soft shell crab taco. One of my favorite moments of the night. Texture layered with a touch of spice and grilled pineapple sweetness. Omg, I’ll remember that bite for a long long time. Finally we finished with the entrecôte beef, the greens, mushrooms and the fries. Beef was perfectly cooked medium rare, salted to perfection. The fries and spicy mayo a perfect accompaniment. Mushrooms in a delicious broth as a side dish and a lovely side of green snow peas. Fantastic meal. Someone get these guys a Michelin reviewer over there stat.

We had the best dining experience at this restaurant during our stay in Lisbon in February. The upstairs dining area wasn't very big but they also have lots of tables downstairs as well. The decor setup was very tasteful. I did my research before coming here and I'm so glad I brought my date here. The food was amazing. We order the Chief Experience tasting menu. Each dish was beautifully presented and well balanced in terms of flavors. You can tell the chief & kitchen staff put their heart & soul into each dish. The service is also top-notch, from the bar-tender, our waitress and the owners - all were super friendly and they genuinely wanted us to feel welcome as if we were family. My girl has been to many restaurants in many different countries and she said this place was a unforgettable experience. We both agree this restaurant deserves a Michelin star. Thank you again for your wonderful food and amazing hospitality. Highly Recommended!
