I was with a friend we decided to go and grab a pastel de nata and pão de deus and my friend grabbed something else that I don’t really know the name. There’s this man I don’t know if he’s the owner or not he was our waiter. When he came to give us the food we ordered he literally through the plates at us. No good afternoon no nothing. Very dissapointing with their service. My husband & I speak English & little Portuguese.
We are asking the price before order. They didn't give price list for pastry. The lady asked an older male employee. He answer lazily & seems impatient. When we asked about breakfast package, she asked her senior again. He repeated same behaviour with more clearer disrespect toward customers.
What we dont like are they didnt give price list, didnt give receipt, & arrogant behavior.

They don't really advertise it much.... but now...
