Very busy little restaurant with both indoor and outdoor (patio heated) seating. Extensive menu of traditional Portuguese dishes alongside Indian and Nepalese specialties the later at very reasonable prices for the location. Clientele when we visited appeared to be 50% Central Asian with the balance tourist so I think that is testament to the quality and value of the Asian side of the menu. I took on the Nepalese menu and my companion Indian, all dishes were well seasoned with quality ingredients but for our taste not as spicy as hoped. However this is characteristic of these types of restaurants in Europe who do not believe our chilli tolerance so next visit a little more persuasion may get that extra spice and extra star. Not a place for a quiet romantic meal but not a canteen Indian either so nice half way house and a safe introduction to the cuisine for curry beginners as the food especially the nan breads was really very very good for a...
Read moreWe have arrived at the restaurant around 6:30 and ordered 2 dishes with beer 1st- fried chicken & 2nd-fried goat guts Beer was served first as it suppose to be and poured down for us by the server itself Our food took around 10 to 15 minutes to arrive at our table as per S.O.P The service was good than before However in the fried chicken the salt was a little bit more for me but edible Sauce was delicious and after asking an extra bowl of it they provided it promptly Price was nice as always Restaurant was a little crowded but again the service was smooth Overall the service & food experience was good Reason to deduct 1 start they forget to put tissue paper on the table which plays a vital role when you are dining I beleive they might improve on this Rest I personally would like to recommend it to all the foodie people around to tingle your taste buds with the authentic indo/nepali cuisine Hoping to visit aagan soon again Thank you and...
Read moreMy family and I were in Lisbon for a fun time, not a long time. My mother and her friend wanted "Asian" food (we are Korean-America, 2/3 from S.K.). We came here because neighbouring Asian restaurants were closed for the afternoon.
We asked for room temp water, got cold water.
I would say when ordering, speak up and point to the menu to make sure they heard you correctly.
Their spicy sauce is 🥵 They did mess up my entire order from vegetarian korma and basmati to chicken curry and veggie fried rice but I finished everything because it was delicious (I prefer to be vegetarian most days).
Mom is a chef and is very, very picky but she ate her whole fried rice plate with the spicy sauce.
Mom's friend practically cleaned her whole plate of chow mein.
Reasonable price and quick cooking....
