Restaurant The Vintage (Sushi and more) — Restaurant in Lisbon

Ordered from here. Very disappointed and was denied refund from bolt even with photos and arguing with them.

Im sure that the restaurant is responsible to make the refund and not the delivery service.

What i ordered: The optional (extra-extra spicy) beef ramen that advertised itself as "tender beef in rich beef broth". I also ordered chicken spring rolls that were described as "crispy"

What i received: soggy noodles in a taste-less broth with a few small and thin pieces of beef that were chewy.. The so called "crispy spring rolls" came burnt on one side and under cooked on the other. So the whole thing was mushy and soft except the part that was burnt. I had to throw them in the trash.

On top of this, they forgot to send the ginger i ordered for my wifes poke-bowl... But that they offered to refund... Did not even accept the refund because of the disrespect i received after sending them pictures.

I only asked for a refund for the spring rolls, but were denied. I was told i could leave a review if i the food did not reach my expectations. So here i am! But i guess you kinda asked for a bad review rather than refunding me for the burnt food.

Never eating...

Edit to add: Highly unprofessional response from the owner, as I expected. I do not appreciate being called a liar for sharing my experience. Since I can't make up that kind of reply, I hope this can serve as evidence to others. I highly advise anyone to not consider dining here.

Original review: The other reviews are suspiciously high; the rating does not reflect its level of quality or service. Felt very pushy to get in the door, and even tasted like they used canned tuna in the tuna roll. Overall wouldn't recommend. I can tell this page is very curated and monitored, so I'm not looking forward to the response this...

The location is nice and the service was good. Unfortunately the sushi was terrible. My wife and I both ordered a sushi combination and we also ordered a 6 piece tuna sashimi. The tuna was terrible. We both took one bite of our sushi combination and of the tuna sashimi and decided not to eat the rest. The tuna had a fishy taste and did not taste fresh (we eat a lot of sushi so we know what it should taste like). After a bite or two, we left the rest rather than risk getting sick. When the waiter asked how the food was we told him the fish was not good. He didn't offer us anything else or offer not to charge us (we literally took just a few bites of both meals). We definitely would...
