Outstanding! This is not your average Indian restaurant. I would rather call it Indian-inspired. Besides classic recipes which some are cooked in their own, slightly healthier version, there are creative, Indian-inspired novel meals. Moreover, there is great emphasis on quality and customer-satisfaction. Every meal my family had was from good quality, fresh ingredients, perfectly balanced in herbs, spices and salt, and served in perfect temperature for eating. Neither piping hot, nor cold. They adjust spiciness according to your preference and they don't hesitate to adjust the recipe to your needs and even preferences if that is desired. I would suggest people not to miss the experience of eating there, whether you're Indian (as one of our family members) or non-Indian. Really great...

The ambient is spotless: clean, tide, fresh and thoughtful.

The service is quick (but in our case, a bit too rushed). After mains, the room manager handled us straight the bill without offering digestives or dessert. Although I was aware of their closing time, It didn’t make sense to rush our table when other tables had just ordered their mains. Overall, service was good, attentive. Though they forgot to bring rice and later charged for 2 rices instead of one.

Had the pleasure of having dinner at Gahana with my family last night and our experience was extraordinary. The staff was super attentive and friendly that it felt like we’re eating at home. The staff offered to take our pictures and put efforts in every minute detail of our experience to make sure we leave feeling like we’ve made some friends. They even offered us some drinks and desserts on house which really showed how much they prioritize their customer’s experience at the restaurant.
