Seoul K BBQ in Lisbon offers a modern take on Korean barbecue, but certain aspects detract from the overall experience.

Pros The highlight of the dining experience is, as expected, the interactive grill at the center of the table. The combo platter is an excellent choice, providing a good variety of meats, seafood, and vegetables, allowing diners to enjoy a little of everything. The freshness of the ingredients, particularly the meats, fish, and shrimp, is commendable, ensuring a quality meal. For those looking to pair their food with wine, there is an option with decent value for money.

Another unique feature worth mentioning is the “Ferris wheel” presentation of the fried appetizers, adding a fun and playful element to the meal.

Cons One major downside is the poor ventilation system. The lack of adequate exhaust means that the smoke from the grill lingers heavily in the air. As a result, you may leave the restaurant with your clothes smelling strongly of smoke, to the point where even jackets may need a wash afterward. This significantly impacts the overall comfort of the dining experience.

Additionally, while the restaurant strives for a modern atmosphere, it loses some of the authenticity and charm typical of traditional Korean BBQ establishments, which may be disappointing for purists.

Conclusion Seoul K BBQ provides a decent Korean BBQ experience with fresh ingredients and fun presentation, but the inadequate ventilation and modern, less traditional vibe might deter those looking for a more...

For a Korean restaurant to ask for 5 grams of kimchi, I think it’s humiliating, we also paid a lot for this, we also came to try not only Korean food, cuisine and drinks, but also to try Korean culture, we wanted the staff to be treated like normal customers, We asked the waitress twice for napkins, but no attention, our table was dirty until we left, we were outside for 20 minutes, the table was dirty, no napkins, but all the dishes were taken away. I’m half Korean, I know this is never done here, I’m ashamed. I will pay whatever you ask for my order, but this is too deceiving.

Please keep in mind that this is my personal review, as I’m half Korean, but, guys it’s looks like scam,...

The restaurant has a nice vibe with the different wall signs , beef meat was tender, the pork was mostly grease, the fried options were frozen. They came around to change the grill twice, not much interaction. Negative points: there is no proper ventilation, there were 5 tables, and our clothes smell of smoke. Chair was dirty with grease. We were charged a fee of 6€ for not eating a third of the rice plate, considering we ate everything else, that left a less positive impression. Parking in the area needs attention as there are areas reserved for...
