Staff were patient when waiting for us to decide where we wanted to sit. After that there are not many positives Staff genuinely seem to dislike each other.I asked two different waiters what was on the vegetarian pizza and got two very different responses, so that was not helpful at all, and one of them was very aggressive in explaining it to me and my partner. Our food did come quickly, but my partners Funghi came with uncooked mushrooms on top. When they sent it back to get them cooked, the pizza was then sent to a different table. The customers at that table brought it up and told us they received my partner's pizza instead. The waiter tried to serve the pizza to my partner despite the other lady informing us they had already touched it. We cancelled that pizza from the order as we were too stressed from the experience to bother waiting for another one. My margarita pizza was average at best too. Sangria was very watered down. Overall not worth our money, cannot recommend, at least on a...
Read moreNice place, decent food and ok atmosphere, it's a shame they put a massive tv screen right in front the view of the Arch, they did it it while I was having lunch and enjoying the view without asking. Put the whole thing next to my table and couldn't see a thing anymore. Also the loud 80's and 90's hardrock is a weird choice for this place and the location. Would be happy if they just turn it off because I'm sure nobody really cares except for some of the staff maybe. They did turn it down after a while.
The other issue: they serve hot food on very cold plates, so pasta cools down long before you even half way through the meal. No problems when it is hot outside, but a problem when it is not so sunny, which happens more often than you think.
Service is good, and when you do get sunny weather the food is nice and warm. Been coming here for over a year now and quality is...
Read moreWe arrived at the restaurant, and no one greeted us. We seated ourselves and waited several minutes before anyone brought us a menu. When a server finally approached, she was extremely rude—she practically tossed the menus onto the table without a word and walked away.
When she returned to take our order, she seemed far more interested in the table behind us (likely wealthier customers) than in serving us. The pizza itself was fine—nothing special—but after the meal, we asked for the dessert menu, which took ages to arrive.
I ordered a simple slice of mango, which inexplicably tasted of garlic. It seems the same knife used for cutting garlic was used for the fruit—completely unacceptable.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place. There are plenty of other restaurants nearby where you can enjoy better pizza, friendlier service, and lower prices. Avoid this...
