The staff were consistently unfriendly, arrogant, and overbearing. I hope they come to their senses and embody the spirit of true service. The people making this clearly have no understanding of Asian cuisine, and it shows in the taste—it’s absolutely terrible. How on earth did they cook the rice for it to become rock-hard like this? Aren’t you ashamed? Selling food like this for money is disgraceful. This was by far the worst meal I’ve had in Lisbon. You should be ashamed. The staff is rude, the food is garbage, and it’s shocking that a place like this is still in business.

This was a kind response, and I look forward to dining here again For your Chinese New Year Menu, don’t put the price AND drink in one place. The staff insisted it was 1.50€ extra yet online it even says it included a drink!! (See photo)… Food is really tasty I have to say. Healthy options and freshly made. Would have been nicer with a drink though…

What to say about Wok to Walk at the Vasco da Gama Mall? It's a quick and delicious option to enjoy many types of Asian style cuisines, from Chinese to Thai, etc. The whole experience allows for customization of your dish to create something original, or you can go with the suggestions they build, which allow to add a drink for cheaper. I highly recommend it.

I had a pretty bad experience here. I do not speak much Portuguese, but I tried my best to order anyway. The girl taking my order quickly got very frustrated with me because I did not speak great Portuguese. We had a miscommunication and she took down my order wrong. When I tried to correct it, she refused and said she couldn't change it. I paid €11 for a dish I didn't want that tasted terrible. I'm sure other staff here are better, but this was an awful experience for some...
