We had a wonderful evening at Ferrara’s in Vilamoura, and it’s safe to say this was one of the best meals of our trip. From the moment we walked in, the staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The setting has a lovely, relaxed charm—comfortable enough for a family dinner but with just the right touch of elegance to make it feel special.
I went for the chicken salad, which was fresh, colourful, and full of flavour—perfectly balanced and very satisfying. My wife chose the Portuguese steak, cooked exactly to her liking, tender and packed with that rich, savoury taste you only get when it’s done right. Our son had the spaghetti bolognese, which disappeared quickly—a clear sign of approval from him!
For dessert, he enjoyed a generous scoop of ice cream while my wife and I finished with coffees, the perfect ending to a great meal. The service throughout was faultless—friendly without being intrusive, and you could tell they take pride in what they do.

Read moreI had a lovely dinner at Ferrara’s, a cozy Italian restaurant in Vilamoura. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were genuinely warm and attentive.
Their signature spaghetti dish, baked inside a pizza-like crust, was both visually impressive and delicious. One of the staff enthusiastically presented the dish, opening the crust at the table and giving me a friendly introduction — a small gesture that added a lot to the experience.
Parking was very convenient, as I found a spot right outside the restaurant, and there’s also a outdoor public car park just nearby.
However, the restaurant does get quite busy in the evening, so if you’re planning to come for dinner, booking in advance is recommended to avoid disappointment.
Overall, a great Italian option in the Algarve with tasty food, warm service, and a signature dish...
