Açai Concept Matosinhos — Restaurant in Matosinhos

Came here with some friends to have tapioca. My friends really enjoyed it and said that it was a very good price for the size of the tapioca. For me it was a bit more complicated because they do offer vegan options but when I arrive there it was not what it seemed. I ended up having to pay full price for a tapioca with only mushrooms (1 ingredient) instead of 4. Also adding vegan cheese instead of mozzarella is an extra 0,80€, which is over 20% of the price of the whole thing. Açaí itself was awesome, although the idea of açaí in a glass doesn't sound right to me, since you'll put one ingredient over the other and at the end you'll have to eat one layer before goes to the next. It would be better if it was served in a bowl, but that's just a personal opinion.

The customer service was also not too good, since I've spent more than 30 minutes in line because there was just one employee charging for orders and making those orders (after some time a seconde one arrived).

Other than that the açaí was delicious and I'm hoping to go get some...

Ordering at this store is a big complicated, as you choose different size, fruit, toppings. On the top of that, different fruits have different price, etc. The ordering itself reminded me a bit of McDonald franchise. Nothing wrong with that, just saying. What makes this place (or maybe this acai store chain) different from other acai places regarding offer is that it offers also frozen dragon fruit. Me and my friend tried it, it was good, but we still prefer frozen acai. In any case, this is something new and interesting and I liked it. Staff here was nice...
