Since moving from the US, the one thing I have missed most is a quality cup of coffee. Sure, coffee is plentiful here, but it is all small shots of espresso. Good roasted coffee that is made from fresh beans by someone who knows how to use the machines is rare.
Moka is one of those rare gems. It is run by a lovely woman who is always there with a smile and is happy to help you. She knows how to make a proper coffee.... just like I might get in the Pacific Northwest... and she sells beans from a small roaster that are the best I have found since moving here 2 years ago.

So i had to be very present, active and strong not to cry. They have no bathroom. Big problem. My expectations were really high, BUT this was the worst coffee. My V60 was the worst coffe I have ever had because: the temperature of water was almost boiling, the pour recipe was purely made, the agitation of the coffee bed was too harsh and YOU DO NOT USE, EVER EVER, dark roast coffee on V60.
