warning to tourists and cruise passengers This place will overcharge you check your bills as for prices if not listed! They up charge for everything. I ordered 2 glasses of local port and it was 25 euros on the bill. This is dishonest! I asked for a port wine menu and they bring out a large bottle of sandmans port and poured 2 glasses from the bottle. I did not ask for this! Sandman’s is 7$ for a whole bottle, Be careful what you order make certain that you ask the price of everything they ate!! Next time I’m calling the policia It ruined an otherwise good meal. Wonderful restaurant, we had amazing experience. We were looking for a place to have lunch and all the reastaurants were already fully booked including this one, but owner of O Leme was kind enough to put an extra table to accomodate us. Such a nice gesture. The food was absolutely amazing. After starter, we ordered bacalao and octopus to share. Bacalao was probably the best fish meal I ever had, so delicious, and octopus was very juicy and soft (I would assume that they first boil it and then put on the gril to achieve softness). This place was a serendipitous discovery, and it truly exceeded expectations. We were treated to two complimentary appetizers: fried sardines in a crispy crust – an absolute culinary delight! For the main course, we ordered grilled shrimp, a selection of grilled fish, sardines, and octopus baked with potatoes for seven people.
