Service was extremely rude. Upon entering no acknowledgment and we asked if they are open. The man behind the counter made some unwelcome joke. Upon coming back to the front to order (because no one came to our table) I asked what kind of non-lactose milk they have. The man answered "soy" - I said, only soy? They rudely answered "obviously". At that point we felt extremely unwelcome and I asked the man if everything's okay, - they said "could you help me if I'm not?". That was basically the end of the straw and we walked out. Very unprofessional behaviour and it was the beginning of our day, we were simply looking to come for brunch and pancakes, not deal with some aggressive looking owner. Additionally, the first time we came to this place was a few days before and the wait for food was 40mins so we came this second time because we really wanted to try it. Read moreCappuccino was really good and had a cute art. However, the eggs were overcooked. We asked them to be flipped, but the first was overcooked. We went and asked for the other two not to be flipped (they were still making the eggs); however, when they came, they were flipped and just as overcooked as well. The food took a bit of time to come. The server was nice. The cashier wasn’t nice. He charged us for a box for the sandwich without letting us know it’s for a fee. When we asked about it, he just threw the one euro at the counter, giving a bit of attitude.
Edit: we were not rude at all. Asking for a special request isn’t a crime. I was nice in this review too. This shows that my review is valid because you took it as a personal attack. We did stick to the menu. We didn’t order something outside of it. We asked if you can put tomato on the cheese panini and you said no so we ordered the capris sandwich. Mind you this order was for a child. What is rude is charging us a whole euro for a box and not telling us and later acting with attitude about it. Highly unprofessional. Read moreToday we had breakfast here. The place looks nice but the cashier was extremely rude. I’d rate the food around 6/10. The service was poor and they were not flexible at all, unwilling to make even small changes to the order that could have pleased the guest. They stick strictly to their limited menu which makes the experience less enjoyable.
On top of that, they charged me extra fees that should not have been applied. When I questioned it, the person simply threw the money back at me in a very rude manner. This behavior is unacceptable and completely ruined the experience. Reviews are meant for this business to grow and improve, not to throw tantrums like children on unsatisfied customers who explained the positives and negatives in a respectful way.
