An evaluation of Kebab and Hala Tandoori Disappointing experiences with the manager and personnel tarnished my recent visit to Hala Tandoori and Kebab. The manager acted impolitely and even ordered one of my friends to leave the restaurant when we inquired respectfully about how long we might expect to wait for our food. This kind of behavior is not appropriate for any restaurant. Even though the food was of a reasonable quality, our experience was marred by the management's lack of professionalism. I am unable to suggest this restaurant as a result. I recommend "Pak-Ind Cousin" instead for a more pleasurable dining experience. They are a great option for eating out because they provide polite service and delicious Indian and Pakistani food. I hope the management of Hala Tandoori and Kebab takes action to enhance their level of customer care.

• One dish appeared on my order that I never placed. • I was charged twice for a salad. • The salad itself was old, dry, and completely without dressing. • The seafood salad was inedible – after trying one bite, I had to push it aside. • Frozen scampi arrived 50 minutes later, after I had already paid – I didn’t take them. • I noticed afterwards that the chef was wearing a visibly dirty T-shirt, partially hidden behind the high counter.
The staff were friendly, and I think the owner realized something was off – but that doesn’t change the outcome: extremely poor food quality, multiple billing issues, and an overall experience that felt like a complete loss of time and money.
