I stumbled upon this restaurant and was greeted by such a lovely, friendly host. I wanted to sit outside to enjoy the views of the Dom Luís I Bridge but there was no availability but Clayton, the host, kindly suggested that there was availability inside the restaurant and as soon as a table was available outside, I could move out there so I accepted and sat inside. The whole staff was super friendly and kind. They were all constantly checking in on me to make sure I was okay, especially Clayton.

Once there was a spot for me outside (which didn’t take long at all, maybe 10 minutes if that) I sat outside with my sangria as I waited for food.

Also, it’s worth mentioning I had no idea what to order and Marcileo, my waiter, was so kind and offered me great suggestions on what to eat depending on what I was in the mood for. I decided to get the Bao Bacalhau buns (one of Marcileo’s favorites) and they were so so GOOD. I 100% recommend. The fish was so fresh and the buns were extremely soft. They used a Mayo based sauce and it complimented the fish perfectly. For my second entre I got a typical Portuguese dish called Francesinha. It was super delicious as well.

I really really recommend this restaurant for your stay in Porto. Beautiful views, wonderful food and amazing...

The sangria was delicious, probably one of the best I‘ve had. The steak was very good. We’ve been traveling around Spain and Portugal for the past couple of weeks and have quickly realized if you don’t ask for the steak really, really well done, it’ll come rare. So, be warned. I ate alone so I got sat down quickly and my service was also really quick. I’m almost certain I was served by the owner but she was really friendly and suggested I also order a side of potatoes, for the steak only came as shown in the picture. There were two gentlemen setting up to play live music as I ate. I thought it was lovely. A bit on the pricier side, I do agree with that but I thought it was worth it.

The only thing I did not enjoy, maybe it’s just my paranoid tourist mind because it’s happened a few times in other places, when it came time to pay the bill I had to ask for my change back after a while waiting for it. I also thought maybe it was just busy but other tables would be cleared out and given change back before mine did. I paid €50 on a €23 meal. That’s a hell of a tip to assume... but I do give them the benefit of the doubt and think it must’ve just slipped their minds or something. Overall I’d definitely...

We followed a recommendation from our AirBnB hosts and ate here and really wish we hadn't. In summary, it's adequate food in a good location but you'd do better to go across the river and eat elsewhere.

I had hoped for a street food take on Portuguese food and while their menu and website suggest this, it really wasn't that great. The prawn hotdog was just prawns in a piece of white sandwich bread and we didn't see any food that looked like the pictures on the website.

Everything just seemed a bit off. We were met outside and told someone would get us a table, but they disappeared. The food took a long time to arrive and was the wrong order. The menu said 750ml water but the bottle was 700ml. All small points on their own but when the entire river front is filled with similar restaurants, I'd avoid going here.

Also don't be fooled thinking you'll get a table outside after you wait inside. The couple next to us were waiting for the entire...
