A hidden gem. It's our first visit to Portugal and our first trip to Sintra. We really appreciate going somewhere foreign and eating great local cuisine. After spending 4 days in Lisbon eating great Portuguese food, the O Túnel is our favorite, and this is not a bashing of the others but just an honest compliment to O Túnel. The elder gentleman who took care of us tonight helped us with the choice of menu and explained how to enjoy the dishes best, explaining that pretty much all ingredients on our plates were locally sourced. I visited with My 2 sons, and Even if our choices from the menu was steaks and Salmon, and not traditional Portugees food, it was really Nice, well prepared, nicely served and with lots of taste. Prices are not cheap but ok, expecilly when you see that there is plently. Personally I got the Grilled Salmon, which was perfect. We can only recommed...
