Beautiful, shame about loud music.
When we saw the cafe in the distance, it looked really great. When we got there, the location exceeded our expectations. Absolutely beautiful with a full view of the weir.
Unfortunately the loud rave music blaring from the speakers vied with the noise of the waterfall and it was pretty deafening. Even more incongruous was the outdoor tv with football showing.
The coffee was nice and reasonably priced for such a place. There was no table service, which seemed strange considering the number of staff inside.
Instead of a leisurely coffee and then deciding to stay for lunch, we moved on quickly, as did the other patrons. What a shame.
Update: we came again and I realized I had been too harsh. If you sit at the front you cannot hear the music, just the sound of rushing water and the happy chat of the neighbors. A much more pleasant time. I...
