poori & karak — Restaurant in Doha

a concerning experience I had with one of your employee on 13 - 14 Sept. 2025 around midnight to one of your branch which is in Mshereib downtown under subway, the employee who took our Order i think he is from Nepal was speaking loudly on the phone, and also he was dare to seat next to our table where customer suppose to seat and have there meal, creating a disruptive environment. I politely asked him to lower his voice or end the call, but he continued speaking loudly, ignoring my request.

This behavior was not only unprofessional but also disrespectful to customers who expect a certain level of courtesy and attentiveness. I believe that customer experience should be a priority, and such conduct reflects poorly on your business.

I hope you will look into this matter and take appropriate steps to ensure a more professional environment...

Ordered sandwiches that were "Grab and Go". 40 minutes later, I am still told that my order is being prepared and that no refunds will be made if we cancel. Understaffed and unprepared. Don't name something "Grab and Go" if you have to...
