BURGARI — Restaurant in Doha

I stepped in at about 5 minutes past midnight for a meal. There was only 2 other person having a meal in the restaurant.

The filipino waitresses stood at the front, brought me in and went back to the front facing out. There were 2 of them chatting at the front. I managed to get their attention after 10mins to place an order.

Surprisingly, my burger came almost immediately! I was quite shocked actually but I am already jet lagged and my mind couldn’t comprehend so I just proceeded with my meal.

Presenttion was ok, I ordered the Chicken Schnitzel Burger which was made up of 4 small pieces of fried chicken cutlets in a bun. Taste was alright, not fantastic or nothing to come back for. Fries was alright... Chips was better than the fries. (It was complimentary) And the Chocolate Shake was not chocolatey enough and a bit watered down.

Overall, burgers were ok but not for it’s price though. A bit too overpriced for something so basic. No ‘bells or whistles’ with the burgers so consider it an...

I am not one to complain as I know that service staff get a hard time. But my word. From the moment we were called to the front to be assisted, by a woman who rolled her eyes like it was an effort to take an order. We smiled and kept it pleasant at this point and placed our order 3 times because she kept stopping to listen to other people's conversations. Our order 1x veggie burger, 1 x chicken schnitzel burger and 1 x chips. Needless to say about 25minutes later when we were called forward to collect our order (even though they gave us one of those buzz order things, but didnt use it), it was missing the chips, to which the lady says...we didn't order. This was after verifying it 3 times. My thoughts are : wouldn't they want to make the money as a business or how often do they do this. On Monday, 24 June 2019 we visited the Federation Burger located at Hamad International Airport, Doha, Qatar. The experience was horrible and costly. We ordered 2 International American Burgers, 2 french fries and 2 large coffee's. First, we waited in line for a long time to order and only 2 person's in front of us, then it took a very long time to receive the order. The burger's were tasteless and had this very strange meat that one could not identify (the menu said "beef"). We ordered 2 large coffees and got smalls but it wasn't worth the time to stand in line again for service. Then on top of that, the cups leaked so we ended up having to throw them away because it was leaking all over the floor. The cost for this meal was $42.00, way over priced and a horrible experience. We will not be back and encourage others to not spend their money here. I would give 0 stars...
