We tried this restaurant for the first time on Saturday evening and were very disappointed with the entire experience. There was only one waitress in our entire upstairs section, I ordered a whiskey with ice on the side. The whiskey came without the ice and I had to ask three time for the ice that finally anrived about 25 minutes later. I waited for an extremely long time to chase the waitress around so she could finally take my food order, which came cold and partially uncooked. When I addressed my disappointment to the waitress she told me not to speak with her about it and that I should complain to my friend that organized the evening for us at the restaurant. It’s important to mention that my friend doesn’t work at the restaurant She also mentioned that the uncooked part of my meal is not eatable, however none told me this when it was served to me. I had the cheese dumplings, 2 of my friends ordered the meat dumplings, theirs were cooked and their entire dumplings seemed to be eatable. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this place, going to a restaurant should be an enjoyable experience and the waitress’s job is to be attentive to their clients. If you order the dumplings, please keep in mind that depending on your luck they may or may not be...
Read moreWe were really looking forward to trying this restaurant, but were rather disappointed by it. Stopped for dinner on a weekday and everything seemed chaotic. Service was friendly, but seemed overwhelmed. Everything came in batches, drinks and food alike, wrong orders were delivered at our table. We ordered a salad, a veal stew, khachapuri and khinkali with lamb. First we got the salad (rather salty) and after a couple of minutes the veal stew arrived (overall tasty). The khachapuri didn't show up, so we asked the waiter, turned out he had forgotten about it. After some 30 minutes we received a khachapuri, but it wasn't the kind we ordered... Waited for some more until we got the right one. The khinkali were bland, lacked flavour and the dough was a bit undercooked. The khachapuri was tasty, although topped with too much cheese for our liking, but at least it made us feel full, because everything else was served in tiny portions. Also, the prices are high given the small portion size. Restroom was for both women and men (this wouldn't be an issue), but it was rather dirty. An average experience at most, don't think we'll give it a...

All your answer shows your incompetence in communication and failure to accept your mistakes. And with this type of communication as per attached screenshot. Such management losers should take some training on communication with clients. Advice your stuff should go to take some learning how to serve clients back in Georgia.

Original review :
Place is literally overpriced. It looks more like bodega, than cafe. The service can be much better. They do their job, but very unpleasant.
As a person who was in Georgia and ate Georgian cuisine in many other countries over the Europe. The level of food here is below average. Portions are small. And prices are theft. In my Shkmeruli was only chicken bones and no meat… With this level of food and place, everything should cost 2x less.
Ah, and they didn’t had Khinkali available during my visit. It’s non-sens 😂 it’s like you come to sushi restaurant and they will tell you they don’t...
