The Vintage Pub — Restaurant in Bucharest

Mixt feelings about this women's day spent in the bar.

Our server was a nice lady so don't have any problem with service.

Me ( romanian) and my 12 English friends booked this bar to celebrate their birthday. We are on the older side (40 to 50) so no bad behaviour there. Just lots of drinks and dancing.

All well until the last 5 of us were ready to go back to the hotel. I didn't drink that night as I organised this and wanted for everyone to be safe first.

One of my mates stumbled at the exit and bumped into the bouncer that was just coming inside the club as we were exiting. He took it personally and grabbed him by the neck and threw him outside. Thank hod he wasn't that drunk as he could have fallen and hit his head and God forbid.

He should know he works in a club. With drunken people! that is unacceptable and cowardly. Very disappointing. This club changed in worse not better.

If I wouldn't have interfered in romanian all they would have been beaten probably because they were English? taking side with our friend that didn't fo anything!

Owners need to be careful with the bouncers they use as they will be closed down if they kill someone at one point.

If you are a visitor looking for a great, welcoming place to enjoy the night, DO NOT COME HERE! Bodyguards are rude (THIS IS THE BIGGEST RED FLAG) and the layout of the club is horrendous. Stay safe, find someplace else!

I've been kicked out with rudeness for staying two songs without buying a drink. They literally pushed me out on the stairs. That individual had the guts to tell me i've been staying there for over an hour. What a joke! Worse is I called to make an official complaint and the lady that answered me said she would talk to the owner about my situation. I insisted that someone call me back in the next couple of days. Of course nobody did! This tells me a few things: (1) there is no real pressure on the staff, thus no quality of service, (2) those individuals can abuse their power and, the most important of them all (related to 1 and 2), (3) if you get injured here, NOBODY will answer for it.
