I purchased a Chanel jacket online from Vintage Voyage. I had been looking for several months - I have always wanted one and have a wedding coming up. I found two sites both with the jacket I wanted, from different sellers. Vintage Voyage was half the price of the other and, when compared to all other Chanel jackets on sale over the last three months, competitively priced. I was nervous as ordering from overseas always feels like a risk, but I decided to risk it. I am glad I did. The service was very good - very responsive, I received emails in English to my enquiries within an hour. The jacket was sent by tracked mail next day and arrived in London 5 days later. It was perfectly packaged and is absolutely beautiful. I would recommend Vintage Voyage highly for competitive pricing, friendly and responsive service and real attention to making sure items arrive. I've read some negative reviews here when I was deciding to buy, as all shops get negative reviews and I wanted to know if there was a risk. The negatives seem mainly to concern problems caused by carriers damaging things in transit, and it sounded as if the shop had tried hard to reach solutions, so I took the chance that all would be well. All was very well. I will, without hesitation, buy from Vintage...

I just bought a vintage Chanel Wicker Bag (over $7k)from the store.. it arrived damaged and has a big Scuff On the top part. The packaging was abysmal, like i order it from a shady buyer on ebay. It was wrapped in smelly- probs used- bubble paper, and was not even in a dust bag, and the top part of the bag wasnt closed correctly, risking extra denting! I contacted them, and offered to repair it and send it back to me. However this is impossible since Russia NEVER accepts Parcels from EU pricate citizens, only from Companies. So after i told them this, they offered to send me a dustbag and 50$ and suggested i take it myself to a random repair shop. I told them they can either send me a partial refund that mirrors the damage of the item or else i wanted to return the Damaged bag to them for a full refund and reimbursement of my shipping cost... Then they were ironic, and blamed me for being unreasonable. They are not trustworthy and when something goes wrong they refuse to do the bare minimum! Instead they offend and blame the customer! I will contact Vogue because they falsely advertise this shop as REPUTABLE... ABYSMAL...

Think twice if you want to sell your clothes here. I send photos through the website, got approved for couple of items. Brought Burberry trench Kensington short. They inspected, we signed a contract. Two days after I changed my mind. There is a fee of 3000 rubles in this case. Ok, I read the contract, I was ready for this expenses. I was collecting my trench coat and notice couple of stains, pretty big one. I showed to the ladies and got a response that it was this way. Excuse me, but no. Never ever I would bring clothes for sale with big fat stains on it, and what kind of consignment you are if you accept it that way? I tried to prove, but there was a wall between us. So I got extra expenses, another 3000 rubles. Unfair, emotionally exhausted. Never ever in my life would go back for neither sell...
