Asian Kitchen — Restaurant in Kigali City

I usually don't right reviews unless its to warn people to avoid a place.

But this place deserves proper recognition.

Timeliness: it's a rarity in Kigali, but this places delivers! I've only gone in person a couple of times. But everytime it's been a normal amount of waiting time (In conparison with other countries, which is a good thing). But when I order delivery, its always been under an hour, which is great for rwanda standards. The only time its been maybe close to or over an hour, is because the vuba driver was on a bicycle, not their fault, and I understood the delivery guy taking longer!

Atmosphere: pretty relaxed. Again I've only good a couple times in person, but I always felt like I was having a nice home cooked meal, even though im not asian lol.

Food: it's kind of an Asian fusion, so I'm not gonna say its Amazing at all different types they try to do, but I can tell they care about the different dishes. There's CONSISTENCY. I do try new things, but I like that the food i prefer, I will get a consistent quality everytime. For example if I want Pho, it will always have consistent taste, I haven't experienced where "oh it was bad this time", which I have in many other restaurants in Kigali.

I don't know where the owners are from, I heard Japanese, which would explain their great quality control. But I love how they deliver the food properly. Thank you for not delivering the noodles in the broth, and giving me a soggy noodle for my meal.

Great fresh Thai food.

Food is still good, but they have priced themselves out of the affordable range, and so we see very few guests, unlike before. I still like their food and do visit once in a while. The mango Pinacota is delicious. I wish they had beef pho instead of chicken and veg on the menu. Nevertheless, they have obliged to make beef pho for me on request.

The soups and curries are all good. The fried eggplant is a must try.

As there are other Thai restaurant of similar hole in the wall category they should reconsider pricing so that they have more customers like before. Wishing them luck and pledging my...

The food is very good for the price, and they have a nice offer for lunch.

Unfortunately, the inside of the restaurant is extremely uncomfortable due to strong sound resonance.

Today, we had a very unpleasant experience with the waiter not willing to inform us that the food was going to be late. After we waited 40 min, "yes yes, its going to be served in 5 minutes", but turns out it was still not served 20 minutes later. We had to leave, found a deal on delivering the food, but still not at all what we expected.
