The staff was kind, however they probably where understaffed that day, because there was not a lot of attention to costumers ( few little misunderstanding, and order not received, all sorted out in a nice way tho). The side has arrived very late and the main has become very cold at that time . We have waited for the 4th persons order (o pizza) to arrive so we could all eat at the same time . We also had differing dietary needs (one gluten free and one lactose free) and they not only offered us items traditionally free of lactose or gluten but provided foods we could not normally find! They have handmade fresh gluten free pasta (which was AMAZING). I had the gf ravioli with sausage and radicchio. I have not had ravioli for more than 25 years! It was wonderful!
