To enter you have to walk down a ramp of stairs. The staff was kind, however they probably where understaffed that day, because there was not a lot of attention to costumers ( few little misunderstanding, and order not received, all sorted out in a nice way tho). The food was really nice the strozzapreti(typical pasta in Romagna) alla beccafico were delicious and The ravioli salsiccia e radicchio were delicious. Pizzas were good and the desert, despite the presentation were tasty. You can bring in small dogs. However for my experience is not really a place for families: families with "small" kids (5yo) and families with animals were all in a corner(probably in order to don't disturb other customers). We have been served by multiple waiters , the food had hair, and it arrived at different times for different persons. The side has arrived very late and the main has become very cold at that time . We have waited for the 4th persons order (o pizza) to arrive so we could all eat at the same time . Everything was so chaotic, and the experience in total was very bad despite the nice architectural environment. They even made us pay for "coperto" for our 3 year old that haven't even eaten 🙄. Excellent food, service and views! They were Very kind and helpful to us even with our messy 11 month old! We also had differing dietary needs (one gluten free and one lactose free) and they not only offered us items traditionally free of lactose or gluten but provided foods we could not normally find! They have handmade fresh gluten free pasta (which was AMAZING). I had the gf ravioli with sausage and radicchio. I have not had ravioli for more than 25 years! It was wonderful!
