GUAITA food, drink & fun — Restaurant in City of San Marino

Restaurant was nearly empty as it wasn't dinner time. We wanted to have an aperitif at the front with nice view but waiter kicked us out because it was a table for 4, but as said, the restaurant was nearly empty. Only the other tables with few had people sitting there. Waiter was also very rude about it and didn't apologize and didn't even show us where we can sit. We decided to leave the place

Edit: Calling me a liar does not make you look better. Also we weren't there for dinner, we were there in the later afternoon, a few hours before dinner time. When we entered the places a waitress approached us saying we can sit anywhere in that area, which we did, until the said waiter came and didn't give us...

We sat down for almost 10 minutes without any service or greeting, even though we made eye contact with several waiters. Only then were we told that the menu is available online by scanning the QR code. We ordered a mega mix of fried food as an appetizer, and it was disappointing—€10 for mostly fries. We checked Google reviews and the photos taken by previous customers, and what we received was not the same.

We ordered gnocchi and pasta. The taste was good until I realized my pasta was microwaved. Some pasta was still cold and stuck together from not heating up properly.

The location is amazing, but I wish I had ordered a pizza so they couldn’t cheat with...

Got a margherita pizza and a tap beer.

Pizza seemed to be home made, and it was enormous, quite difficult to finish eating it all. But after eating several pizzas in Italy, that one didn't feel like I was really appreciating rather just "eating 'cause I'm hungry".

Beer was actually too warm, a tap one, and below average for my taste.

Service fee was charged without my consent, since there was no place on the menu informing it and was not informed by any waiter/waitress.

I'll have given 3.5/5 'cause service was nice. And it might be a 4/5 if you're trying other foods and drinks, but...
