Ristorante Pizzeria agli Antichi Orti — Restaurant in City of San Marino

I stayed two nights in San Marino, and ate dinner here on both occasions. I really enjoyed the food and wine and beer, and thought the prices were fine for the quality and service provided. I had a starter and pasta the first night and pizza the second night. Dessert on both nights. Food was excellent. The server (same on both nights) was polite and nice and tolerant of my lack of language skills and didn't rush me through the ordering process or my meals and seated me in a nice spot in the restaurant considering I was a solo traveler. Voglio condividere questa esperienza superpositiva. La scorsa settimana abbiamo avuto la fortuna di trovare questo posticino sulla strada per la città di San Marino e siamo stati davvero contentissimi di questa scoperta. Abbiamo prenotato qualche minuto prima, quando eravamo alle curve e stavamo salendo, in quanto eravamo in 6 e avevamo bisogno di due seggiolini per bambini quindi volevamo essere sicuri della disponibilità del tavolo. Intanto: parcheggio di fronte al ristorante strategico per la città in quanto a pochi minuti a piedi dall’ingresso. Alla porta, ci ha accolto in maniera molto gentile quello che credo essere il titolare/proprietario, che mi ha aperto e tenuto la porta in quanto avevo bambini e passeggino, gentilissimo da subito. Poi piatti tutti spettacolari, ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. Bagni puliti, personale attento e gentilissimo. Ci hanno fatto davvero sentire a casa, nonostante i bambini purtroppo a volte non riuscissero a essere proprio silenziosi o volessero magari interagire con il personale, e quindi avevamo paura di disturbare, invece loro ci hanno messo talmente a nostro agio che siamo davvero rimasti felici ed è stato il miglior modo di iniziare la visita a San Marino. We arrived to San Marino really late and tired and most places were closed. We were super grateful this restaurant was open late, but weren't expecting much. Man we were very pleasantly surprised.
